How to make drip coffee for optimum health

To make a coffee using a drip coffee maker is quite an easy task. Almost everyone can handle it. The only important thing needed is a drip coffee maker. Just before starting the process of coffee making with a dripper one would have to decide that which brew method should be used. Whether whole bean method or a perfectly ground method.

Now we will see how to make drip coffee. After selecting the method, the next task is to boil 20 oz or 600 grams’ water. After boiling the water to specified temperature the next is to grind 30 grams of coffee or 3 table spoons to a crudeness approximating sea salt. To enjoy the true flavor of coffee, it is highly recommended that use a single-origin coffee that is lightly roasted, the composition of coffee with water should be like 23 grams’ coffee for every 350 grams of water. The important step is to Start a timer and begin pouring water slowly over the coffee. This would take 30 to 60 seconds.

Now Add roughly 90 grams, taking the total to 150 grams. The objective during this pour is to basin all of the grounds on the exterior of the bed. This will create a gentle commotion that stirs the coffee and allowing water to more consistently extract the grounds.

Finally add additional 100 grams of water using the same pattern and at last complete the fourth and final pour by Adding water again. After 30 seconds your perfect drip coffee is ready.
